授業紹介 『コミュニケーションのための基礎英語』
Basic English for Communication

Our class meets once a week for an hour and thirty minutes.
In that time we try to communication only using English. We use a textbook called 'Passport'. This book is for students who hope to travel abroad, and use everyday English in Japan. Lessons about telling time, going shopping, at a restaurant, at an airport, all with easy to follow conversations. We focus on basic English expressions learning days, dates, time, numbers, money, and directions.
In class, students also make a self introduction speech, and their classmates must make questions for them.
One student might tell us, "I live in Chiba. There are four people in my family. I have a dog. Her name is Coco".
Classmates will be encourage to ask the student questions like, "Where in Chiba do you live?" Or, "How do you get to our school?"
Making a short speech can be fun!
I hope to see you in English class one day!
